Engaging any service is subject to an eligibility review, identification and verification (KYC/KYB) and anti-money-laundering procedures, and specific agreements, which prevail over these Terms.

The information on the Site is for information purposes only. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation or an investment recommendation, nor financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, nor a promise of returns.
Decisions involving digital assets should take into account your objectives, financial situation and risk tolerance — with the support of independent professionals where needed.
Prices and market data
The prices shown on the Site, including in the quote simulator, are indicative: they come from third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate and are not a firm offer. The price, spread and terms of a trade are only valid once confirmed by our desk at the time of the trade.
Digital asset risks
Digital assets are volatile and may experience sharp, sudden price movements, including the loss of their entire value. They are also exposed to technology, liquidity, custody and regulatory risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- break applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
- attempt to access areas, systems or data without authorisation, or compromise the Site's security or availability;
- use robots, scrapers or other automated means to extract content or data in bulk;

- impersonate Garnet or its representatives.
Intellectual property
The Garnet brand, symbol, domain, texts, images, animations, graphic elements and code of the Site belong to Garnet or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual property law. Accessing the Site does not grant you any rights to this content.
Third-party links and services
The Site may direct you to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. Garnet does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, which follow each provider's terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but it may undergo maintenance, updates or interruptions, and its content may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garnet is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site or from reliance on the information on it — including decisions based on indicative prices —, from failures of the user's connection or equipment, or from third-party content and services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law, including those under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, have jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their domicile.
